
Alumni Relations Special Event Assistant-Connections Celebration
Under instruction of the Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving, the Special Event Assistants will be Bowman Hall tour guides for the Connections Celebration on Friday, October 10, 2025.
• Students are needed to provide tours of Bowman Hall during a special donor event (Connections Celebration) on Friday, October 10, 2025. The students will need to attend a short training prior to the event date. Students must be able and willing to communicate clearly with a large group of individuals (alumni, donors, faculty and staff) of various ages. The students may also be asked to assist with event set up (setting up tables, chairs, signage), event registration (welcoming guests and handing out name badges), event assistance (taking photos, assisting/mingling with guests) and event clean up.
**All attendees will receive a BC polo to wear at the event. Students may eat at the function after their roles are complete.
