Student Life Events Engagement Team
The Student Life Events Engagement Team (SLEET) serves as the set-up and support crew for
Student Life events. Under the guidance of Student Life, SLEET is responsible for ensuring the
flawless execution of events to ensure that the student experience is held to the highest
standard.
Job Responsibilities
• Set up, tear down, and reset campus spaces including but not limited to the Main Dining
Hall, Boitnott Room, Cole Hall, Forrer Learning Commons Great Room, Carter Center
Concert Hall, Campus Mall, KCC Lobby, McKinney Lawn, Dillon Field, etc.
• Set up, operate, tear down, and store audio/visual (A/V) equipment
• Maintain a professional customer service ensuring Student Life Programmers receive
the highest level of service
• Serve as a resource and problem solver when troubleshooting events
• Maintain a positive working relationship with Student Life Staff and campus partners
• Attend scheduled meetings and trainings for the Events Team
• Represent the Office of Student Life and Bridgewater College in a positive and
professional manner
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Engagement & Leadership or other
professional staff members in Student Life
Qualifications
Required
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently with
minimal supervision
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work evening and
weekend hours
• Ability to adapt and troubleshoot
unexpected challenges

• Previous experience with A/V
equipment
