The Cadet’s primary purpose is to ensure the safety and welfare of the campus community.
Duties include, but are not limited to, patrolling the college campus, securing academic and administrative buildings, safety escorts, and other related functions of the campus.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently complete all tasks assigned.
• Perform duties in accordance with Cadet policy.
• Use discretion and maintain confidential information.
• Demonstrate the ability to interact in a courteous manner with the community.
• Must be willing to work shifts, taking into consideration their class schedules.

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS (Must be enrolled as a full-time student at Bridgewater College):

• Entry level position which does not require previous work experience.
• Must have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Must be an active degree-seeking student at Bridgewater College of at least sophomore status.
• Must pass a Criminal History check.
• Must have no active student conduct violations.
• Must have a minimum G.P.A. of 2.0
