Data Entry Assistant

The data entry assistant will assist with multiple projects requiring data entry, organization, accuracy, and confidentiality. The best candidate will have strong computer skills, strong organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail; and they will have the ability to work with a sense of urgency. Keyboarding skills are a plus.

In addition to data entry, duties will include the electronic imaging of paper files, which consists of reviewing, preparing, sorting, scanning, and properly labeling each electronic document.  Instructions will be provided for the steps required; no prior knowledge of the process is needed.
