Assists with interlibrary loan, circulation holds, OCR-Ready scanning and media format transfers.

  • Understand and follow the Guidelines of the ILL Policy of the United States and of our library consortiums
  • Understand and follow privacy library ethics
  • Assist in the borrowing and lending procedures of Interlibrary Loan

General Qualifications 

  • Enrolled as a full-time student at Bridgewater College 
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive Presence
  • Ability to work independently
  • Resource Sharing Supervisor will train on following software:
    • WorldShare ILL and Circulation Software 
    • Adobe Acrobat 
    • UPS / FedEx websites 
    • Scannx overhead book scanner 
    • Flatbed scanner / copier 
    • Format transfer equipment
